As the story progresses, Nova (AKA Nightmare) joins the Renegades to act as a spy for the Anarchists. But as she stays there, she realizes the guy Sentinel, whom she fought with earlier as Nightmare, was an intruder. Sentinel was just some guy pretending to be a Renegade, which annoys her because she thought she had the Renegades and their secrets all figured out.

Later on, Nova an Adrian go to a park where they are supposed to find clues of Nightmares whereabouts. As they split out to find clues, Adrian witnesses a fight...A fight between two Anarchists...A conflict that left Nightmare dead, or did it?

This book is full of Secret Identities and Extraordinary Powers. Nova wants vengeance, and Adrian wants Justice. Will Nova and Adrian get what they want, or will they get killed in their endless pursuit to get it?
